ParentPayIn response to many parental requests, we are pleased to announce that we are introducing an online payment system through a very secure website called ParentPay, which allows parents to use our e-payment method to pay for trips, music lessons, etc.  Online payment is far more secure as it eliminates the risk of cash or cheques going astray, and allows you to pay easily from home at your convenience.  Your support in using ParentPay will help the school enormously.

Already have a ParentPay account?
If you already have a ParentPay account with another ParentPay school, you can simply login to that account and add your other children via the Add a child tab on your home page.  You will need your activation username and password to do this.  Letters have been posted home to all parents informing them of this personalised information.

New to ParentPay?
Please visit and activate your secure online account via the Account login area on the home page of the site using the unique activation username and password you have received (letters have been posted home to all parents).  You will be prompted to change these and to keep them safe and secure as your username and password for future logins.  ParentPay holds an electronic record of your payments to view at a later date.  Once you have activated your account you can make online payments straight away.  If you have two or more daughters at St Edmund’s, you only need to activate one account to create your ‘main account’ and then add your other children via the Add a child tab on your home page.

No access to the internet?
If you do not have access to the internet, payment can be made by cash at local stores where you see the PayPoint logo (see  In order to use this you will need to contact us first.
